VerJon Consulting Services was founded by Cecil Golden in 2004, which initially was based on a specific project and by demand has now become a full consulting service to the Call Centre Industry.

Cecilís expansive career has always been firmly entrenched in the customer contact environment. Starting out in the early 80's Cecil worked his way through the ranks in the insurance industry. He entered the call centre arena as early as 1990 and was at the forefront of dealing with the challenges around the people, processes and technology which are so critical in the call centre industry. Over the next 10 years he headed up call centres in one of the major banking groups and in the telecommunication industry. This allowed him first-hand experience in the inbound / outbound, sales / service, business conservation and technical environments. Over the following 5 years Cecil has put that experience to good use in the consulting, outsourcing and customer contact solution fields.
